This page is dedicated to sharing knowledge about Complex PTSD and Narcissism. It all begins in early childhood when our needs are not met and the safe bond with your primary caregiver i s broken and continues as toxic and unhealthy relationships that holds us stuck in fears no longer real. This is the cause behind all sorts of mental health issues, as well as neuropsychiatric disorders as well as various physical diseases. It´s fully possible to do a great deal of healing though this can only be done by facing the truth, identify and silence your ”inner voices, stop ongoing abuse in human relationships and begin to reconnect with your true self trough healthy human interaction.
The ”night sea journey” is the journey into parts of ourselves that are split off, disavowed, unknown, unwanted, cast out and exiled to the various subterranean worlds of consciousness….. The goal of this journey is to reunite with ourselves. Such a homecoming can be surprisingly painful, even brutal. In order to undertake it, we must first agree to exile nothing. — Stephen Cope
Knowledge, understanding, faith and validation is crucial though remembering and analyzing is not central. It´s about going through and facing the fear/anger you once had to suppress in order to survive, integrating parts of your brain, body and mind that you once had to split. This takes courage and time, a witness/support is nice though only if it is validating your process….. rarely the case with family and old friends, not even therapists….. This is your journey, yours alone!
Keep you in the dark
You know they all pretend
Keep you in the dark
And so it all began
Send in your skeletons
Sing as their bones go marching in, again
The need you buried deep
The secrets that you keep are ever ready
Are you ready?
I’m the voice inside your head
You refuse to hear
I’m the face that you have to face
Mirrored in your stare
I’m what’s left, I’m what’s right
I’m the enemy
I’m the hand that will take you down
Bring you to your knees
